Greek Airports Project, through their division Hellenic Actual Scenery (H.A.S.) released today their long awaited addition to their photoreal sceneries, the Peloponnese.
About 10,000 kilometers of coastline were redrawn to enhance these scenery regions which realistically portray the geological diversity that makes Greece unique.
These scenery regions were designed at a 0-2 resolution, in other words a satellite resolution of 0-2 meters which ensures the best possible portrayal in FS2004 while it also enables their application in FSX whose display capability offers better results. Where possible, satellite imagery of certain sectors that contained objects such as forests and roads was replaced in some regions in a manner that rendered their portrayal accurately despite the cloud cover which made said imagery unusable.
The HAS Peloponnese pack is available for free and is separated into two different installers, both of which are required for the scenery to work correctly. The files can be downloaded by our members through our File Library.
Dear Friends,
Another year comes to an end, a new one is near at hand. We wish that the new year brings you happiness, health, prosperity and everything you desire. We have been very fortunate to be associated with people such as you, and we feel deeply touched by the support messages that we have been receiving during the last few days, even though our project has been stagnant for almost 2 years. Your support has been overwhelming. Our new years resolution is to continue from where we left off, with new, better and richer in content issues, supporting our common love for aiplanes and aviation.
Spend as much time as you can with your loved ones and family, relax and enjoy the holidays...
Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year...
